As the Founder of Personal Enrichment Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC, Dr. Hamilton has spent over 25 years of her career working to develop relationships for individuals, couples, military personnel, professional athletes, and business executives to help them reach their greatest potential.  She has proudly held the position as the President of the Licensed Professional Counselor Association of North Carolina. She has authored several wellness books to include Let the Marriage Begin, The Marriage Blueprint, and My Comfort Tree to name a few. Dr. Hamilton is often sought after to speak on motivational, organizational, and wellness topics within the United States.  Dr. Hamilton was recognized as Who’s Who in Black Charlotte in 2019. She was awarded the Jane E. Myers Wellness Counseling Award from the North Carolina Counselor Association for 2019/2020 for encouraging clients to increase their holistic wellness through creative counseling practices and implementing research and creative programs that incorporate evidence-based wellness practice models.


 

DENISE POLK, M.A., LCMHC

Women are the backbone of families, and are often overworked, overlooked, and struggle with trying to manage all of life’s competing demands. You no longer have to worry about trying to manage everything alone. The stress feels overwhelming and often your plate is too full to find time to take care of yourself. Our goal is to help you find balance again. Dedicated to working with women, adolescents, and children specifically providing both individual and group work for individuals and teens that have experienced trauma.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents around life adjustment issues and trauma. Additionally, I work with women to help them live the best lives by overcoming their emotional struggles. CORI’ CORINNA COSTELLO PH.D., LCMHCS, LCPC, ATR-BC

Cori’ Corinna Costello Ph.D., LPCS, LCPC, ATR-BC has been a licensed counselor and registered/board-certified art therapist for 25 years! She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2015 and earned her Master of Art in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1994. Corinna is the Director of Student Support and Core faculty for Counseling@Northwestern University.  Her current research focuses on training master’s level counselors and various strength-based approaches to building resiliency levels. R. DIETRICH STEWART PH.D., MA-LMFT, LCASA

Dietrich completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pfeiffer University. She is currently pursuing her Ph. D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University focusing on workplace conditions. Dietrich is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. She has over 25 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including nonprofit inpatient and outpatient clinics, crisis intervention, children and adolescent group home and reunification programs, corrections, child welfare, and as an independent clinician. Dietrich has provided clinical and administrative supervision and oversight to other behavioral health professionals currently as a Clinical Director, agency Trainer, and a member of clinical multidisciplinary team. She has a broad range of clinical experience, insight, and her own lived experiences.


KIERA WHITE, CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR-INTERN

Kiera obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology, from Johnson C. Smith University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Walden University. She enjoys working with couples and families and is excited to find her specialty along the way. Kiera is very passionate about helping couples communicate better while teaching them the tools to have them obtain healthy elationships. Kiera is a proponent of teaching self-care and believes that self-care has a tremendous impact on managing stress, improving physical and mental health. Kiera chose the career path of Counseling because she is determined to have a positive impact on others through the counseling process. She believes providing a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to heal can help clients live healthier and happier lives.
